Congratulations to our entire team on another TTM achievement! We are looking forward to finding out the results at the Recruiter Awards Gala in September 2021.

The UK Recruiter Awards, established in 2002, are the largest event for the entire recruitment community in the UK. The awards recognise achievements by agencies and in-house recruiters. Shortlisted finalists have been chosen by a panel of independent judges as the very best from this year’s impressive selection of entries. Find out more about the Recruiter Awards.

Our entry for the Best Public/Third Sector Recruitment Agency award centred on our work with NHS and HSC partners. We support these partners with agency staffing, permanent/contract roles and international recruitment requirements. In this submission, we demonstrated how our knowledge and understanding of the UK and international healthcare industry sector has contributed to our clients’ success, along with case studies of excellent client and candidate experience in the previous 12 months. And demonstrated our innovative approach to employee wellness in the most challenging public health context in recent times - In 2020 our healthcare professionals have been challenged like never before. We believe this is a time when our agency and recruitment teams need to feel especially supported every step of the way. Find our more on our MyNow Programme.

Our submission for Most Effective Compliance Operation focused on our Compliance processes and practices across our Permanent, Agency/Temporary and International recruitment teams. We provide the NHS, HSC and our private clients with highly-qualified healthcare staff and support staff – so compliance is critical. As an Approved Vendor on the HealthTrust Europe and Workforce Alliance frameworks and working with a variety of private healthcare providers, we must ensure we are up-to-date with the latest regulatory requirements, along with achieving regular internal and external audits. Our submission also reflected the challenges and our responses required to maintain effective compliance processes throughout the Covid-19 pandemic, including compliance training and updated operational policies.

Last year, we were shortlisted in the Best Recruitment Agency Marketing Team category. Being shortlisted in two more prestigious categories this year exemplifies our continued strive for improvement and is a credit to the outstanding achievement of all our teams!
