This case study offers insight into TTM’s international workforce solutions delivered to the Health and Social Care Northern Ireland.
In June 2021, via a competitive tender process, TTM Healthcare Solutions (TTM) was awarded the Northern Ireland (NI) contract as the Primary Provider for International Nurse recruitment for all five HSC Trusts.
The award of this prestigious position is in part due to TTM’s proven track record with the HSC, spanning 2016- 2021, providing 574 international nurses from India and the Philippines.
This project has been hugely successful for both parties involved. TTM have now supplemented the HSC’s workforce with an overall total of 874 highly skilled nurses and are on target to deliver many more across all HSC Trusts by December 2022
