Ward 2 - Medical Assessment & Short Stay Unit (MAU 2)
Ward 2 (MAU 2) is an acute Medical Assessment/Short Stay Unit priding itself with a friendly team which easily adapts to our ever-changing patients’ needs. We are lucky enough to work within a vast multi-disciplinary team with an abundance of knowledge, experience and enthusiasm. Despite essentially being a fast-paced ward we continue to strive to deliver compassionate care.
We pride ourselves in providing both support and opportunities to our staff to assist development in their careers.
Ward 2 staff are highly motivated, confident and a committed team to ensuring a positive patient experience, safety and clinical effectiveness is achieved at all times.
As a ward manager I am highly proud of my team and the care that is not only given to our patients first but also within the team.
