TTM Healthcare are currently recruiting for a Patient Administrator (Bookings) to join a Endoscopy team based in Leicester for a full time 12 month Fixed Term Contract .
Candidates with experience in the medical sector will be prioritised.
Salary: £20,300- £22,500
Location: Leicester
The Unit is open Monday to Sunday and you will be working on a rotating Rota. 37.5 hours per week covered over 4 X 9.5 hour shifts.
The Role:
• Dealing with telephone and direct enquiries in a prompt and effective manner, ensuring the provision of information and prioritisation of queries as appropriate.
• Guiding patients throughout patient pathway.
• Building 'packs' for patients.
• Ensuring that clinically validated appointments are booked appropriately and according to clinical priority on the appointments system
• Organising pre operation prep.
• Follow up phone calls with patients after procedure.
• Assisting in the completion of month end administrative procedures for the management team.
Requirements for the Role:
• Experienced working in a customer or patient focused environment
• Confident using Microsoft packages and other IT systems
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail
• The ability to work independently and as part of a multi skilled team
