What you will do:
- Ensure that standards of practice are maintained and developed, enhancing the patient experience.
- Lead the delivery of a clinically excellent, high-quality service, influencing and facilitating change.
- Act as a role model, supporting and empowering all colleagues.
- Support the learning and development of all colleagues, ensuring performance reviews and development plans are established.
- Manage the effective use of all resources allocated to the nursing service.
- Establish and maintain proactive relationships with all stakeholders.
About you:
- NMC registered nurse/Operating Department Practitioner HCPC registered.
- Inspirational leader of a multi-disciplinary Endoscopy team.
- Committed to professional personal learning and development.
- Experienced in the delivery of high-quality patient focused care.
- A great communicator at all levels
- Calm in challenging situations, working well under pressure.
- Experience at Band 7 level.
