Up to £42,000 per annum, depending on experience
As our Clinical Leader in Endoscopy you will be able to demonstrate a strong track record of leading and developing a high performing Endoscopy team to enhance patient care and customer experience, whilst facilitating the best possible clinical outcomes.
As our Clinical Leader in Endoscopy you will:
• Work with the Theatre manager to promote new and different ways of working, which will enhance both the endoscopy and day-stay services.
• Build and support the Endoscopy team to promote a safe and stable service.
• Work flexibly within the units current structure to provide stability and future expansion possibilities.
• Provide a high standard of patient care that promotes the patient experience
• Work with our Consultants to enhance the reputation of the unit.
To succeed as a Clinical Leader for Endoscopy, you will need to:
• Implement changes to improve the service
• Support staff flexibly to run the service efficiently
• Work with the theatre manager to look at new ways of working across the two departments to enhance the staff and patient experience.
• Support in the JAG accreditation process
• Engage with our Consultants to improve the utilisation of the unit.
