With 22 years in recruitment under his belt - of which 16 years has been based within healthcare recruitment – Paul places Nurses and Allied Health Professionals in Temporary and Permanent roles. Originally from Hertfordshire, Paul graduated from Brighton University with a BSc (Hons) Sports Science Degree. He has held various recruitment positions over the years, including Sales Manager, Operations Director, Branch Manager, Regional Manager and Business Development Manager. He has experienced the healthcare sector from many perspectives, recruiting for Residential and Nursing Care as well as Social Care.
