In the world of healthcare, compliance is key. With patient wellbeing depending on it, making sure candidates are fit to work and meet all regulatory requirements is non-negotiable - and this is the responsibility of Compliance Administrator, Natalia Olivares.
It is Natalia’s job to manage and compile all candidate documentation to get them ready to work - in line with the framework regulations relating to each specific hospital.
“Compliance is a fast-moving, ever-evolving aspect of recruitment, so you’re learning all the time. Being quick to adapt to new processes and ways of working is important. Sometimes the process can take longer than expected, so keeping candidates informed and motivated is an important part of my job.”
Natalia grew up in Maracay, Venezuela and studied for a Professional Ballet Dancer degree before emigrating alone at just 18 years old. She worked in quality assurance for a global online retailer and in process compliancy for a marketing/retail solutions company - but was attracted by the many learning opportunities for recruiters within the healthcare sector. Natalia joined TTM at the beginning of 2023 and finds her new career as inspiring as it is rewarding:

Natalia is naturally kind and patient which sets the tone for her candidate relationships. She will always give that bit extra - both for her candidates and to help her team members. Natalia is also an enthusiastic change-maker and holds the TTM Family Principle ‘Make the World Better’ close to her heart.
Natalia takes ballet classes to keep in shape and enjoys walking in the outdoors as well as learning new languages.
