Janet is a key member of TTM’s Compliance team in Manchester - where her knowledge, attention-to-detail and efficiency help make sure that TTM candidates remain compliant and can be booked out to work.
“There’s a lot involved. Everything from maintaining candidate files to arranging their uniforms and badges, as well as other office administration.”
Janet was born in Nigeria, grew up in South London and studied a Bachelor of Law LLB degree at Manchester Metropolitan University. While studying she worked in hospitality, moved into recruitment for the legal profession, then found her home at TTM in 2022.
Janet thrives in TTMs empowering environment, with a manager that doesn’t micro-manage and a tight Compliance team of people who rely on each other and who are always there to help and support.
“I contribute at work in every way I can. I’m vocal and I take initiative. I am part of our Wellness Team and love helping to make sure our office celebrates the wins and special events. It’s important that everyone in the Manchester office feels the TTM love! I add to the voice of TTM here so that more ideas and activities can be enjoyed.”
Janet enjoys gym, and to kick-back and relax she likes to socialise, try new restaurants and binge watch the odd box set or two!
