Chris has been instrumental in developing and building the NI Temporary division and is a key member of the team. Described as “eager” and “energetic,” Chris specialises in recruiting experienced Band 5 Nurses and Healthcare Assistants for Temporary roles in Northern Ireland. His work involves sourcing professionals for the Western, Southern and Northern Trust in Northern Ireland.

Chris is originally from Kircubbin, County Down, and studied a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Information Communications Technology at Ulster University. He was pretty much set on recruitment from the get-go: he completed a university placement year at a recruitment company, and after graduation he was offered a full-time position. In a few short years he grew from Recruitment Consultant to Account Manager and joined the TTM family in 2023.
Chris’s ‘toolkit’ includes an ability to listen, communicate well and motivate others. He’s patient in his role but knows how to act quickly when the time is right. For him, the key to success is knowing his clients and candidates, always providing feedback, taking control and responsibility and always valuing the needs and opinions of candidates and clients. For him, trust and openness are non-negotiables.
