We often describe our Compliance Division as the engine that drives us. It’s absolutely vital that the candidates we supply comply with all necessary regulations and requirements, and this we achieve through our rigorous and award-winning Compliance Division - headed up by Charlotte Lostak.
Charlotte manages her team of two to make sure the department runs smoothly. She handles all internal and external audits, manages quality checks on new candidate files and the maintenance of existing ones. She is also responsible for ensuring all policies and procedures are kept up to date.

Charlotte is from Essex and she has over 13 years’ experience in Compliancy within the healthcare recruitment industry. Her introduction to the discipline was at a recruitment company where she worked in a resourcing role. Her preference for attention-to-detail administration work was recognised and she was put forward to join the company’s new Compliance team. She joined TTM in 2017 and has worked her way up to Quality & Compliance Manager. In 2010, Charlotte won ‘Compliance Officer of the Year’, while in 2022 her team won the ‘Most Effective Compliance Operation Award at the 2022 Recruiter Awards.

Charlotte says TTM is unlike any other recruitment company she has worked at. Contributing to this is the friendliness of the people who support each other all the way.
Charlotte has a young son as well as a very energetic Jack-A-Poo dog - so she’s kept very busy. To take time for herself she enjoys baking and cooking and loves trying out new and different recipes.
